OPTIMIZATION OF DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT OF PURULENT LESIONS OF THE FACIAL JAW SOCKET IN PATIENTS INFECTED WITH COVID-19
Abstract
often acute forms of purulent inflammatory processes in the face-jaw deviate from the described scheme. According to many researchers, the sluggish nature of the disease and the main provoking factor for its transition to a chronic form is the inadequacy or inadequacy of the inflammatory reaction and the failure of a special immune reaction. In the modern scientific literature, there is a lot of information about the development of purulent inflammatory processes and the transition to a chronic form is associated with changes in the immune state, which are classified as cases of secondary immunodeficiency. In the modern scientific literature, there is an increasing amount of information devoted to the formation and development of surgical infection and associated immunodeficiency of cytokines and radical mediation mechanisms.
