PDF

Abstract

The problem of scarring in general, in particular facial skin scarring, which is one of the urgent problems of practical health care, is at the junction of a number of medical disciplines, in particular, dermatology, cosmetology, combustiology, reconstructive surgery. rehabilitation medicine and psychology. Skin scars occur due to injuries of various genesis, such as after burns, wounds, surgical interventions, after exposure to various traumatic factors, as well as as as a result of chronic diseases of the skin and subcutaneous tissue. However, most of these reports are primarily concerned with the completed process, that is, the therapeutic correction of the formed facial scars. The search for prophylactic measures aimed at preventing pathologic, aesthetically unacceptable deforming facial scars is implied. In this regard, unique reports of Russian scientists have appeared in recent years.
