FUNDAMENTALS OF EPIDEMIOLOGY, ETIOLOGY AND PATHOGENESIS, DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT OF POLYPOSIS RHINOSINOCYTES

Abstract

By its current definition, poilipose rhinosinocytes are being noted as a disease that causes significant economic costs in the health care system. Chronic rhinosinusitis (SRS) is a common inflammatory disease of the nasal lateral cavities and nasal cavities, affecting between 5% and 12% of the general population, and can seriously affect quality of life . Chronic rhinosinusitis can be divided into two main phenotypes based on nasal polyps (BP), which are inflammatory tumors of the mucous membrane or nasal lateral cavity: their presence (CRSwNP) or their absence (CRSsNP). About 20% of patients with SRS are diagnosed with CRSwNP. Although CRSwNP is more common in men, women often experience more severe inflammation and are more likely to have comorbidities. Crswnp pathogenesis is not fully illuminated, but it leads to chronic inflammation that includes eosinophilic infiltration, local IgE formation, and cytokine production. The serious impact of CRSwNP on the level of Eid quality as well as the working capacity of the socially active community layer requires scientific research on this nosology.
