THE OPPORTUNITIES FOR PRODUCTIVE CHANGES

Abstract

Historical crossroads conceal the potential of various possible orbits of further changes. Among the probable directions are variants of degradation, inhibition, and productive paths. The opening prospects are especially distinct in turning points of transformations. At the same time, global processes have an objective and systemic nature. They embrace peoples regardless of subjective desire and understanding of the logic of processes. However, the study of trends opens up the possibility of a successful response, including at the level of organizational-managerial relations. It is absolutely insufficient to rely on the market forces, especially on self-serving external instructions. Serious changes in such factors as the stability of the socio-economic, natural-climatic and material- technical environment, the nature of structuring decision-makers, predictability of development points, etc., require finding one's own weighty answers in the preparation and realization of impacts. At the same time, the technologies of developing and embodiment organizational-managerial decisions themselves are one of the determining factors in activating the cultural-civilizational world of its potential. Accordingly, during forced transformations, organizational-managerial relations are capable of exerting an exceptionally significant influence on the ratio of the competitiveness of political-economic entities at the macro and micro levels. To be on the wrong side of the barricades in this situation is mean failing to use the conditions of a sharp turn and being rejected by history. If you are not ready to use the entire set of your advantages and protect your vulnerabilities, this can lead to a sad ending with a predictably sad result. It is obvious that the processes of historical development of mankind have not led to unification; spheres and role of differences between cultural-civilizational worlds have even enlarged. Accordingly, the value of real complex (economic, political, informational, spiritual-ideological, etc.) sovereignty has increased. The importance of popular sovereignty and the need to actually, in fact, be guided by the will of the people and not by the interests of the external oligarchy and compradors have increased. And the overall responsibility of the international community increases in the event of obvious local incapacity and illegitimacy, separation of power from the people and inconsistency with the tasks of developing the ecumene as a single whole.
