ШТУЧНИЙ ІНТЕЛЕКТ ЯК ЗАСІБ ГЛОБАЛЬНОГО ВПЛИВУ

Abstract

Штучний інтелект (ШІ) у сучасному геополітичному просторі став не просто технологічним проривом, а й ключовим інструментом, що трансформує геополітичний ландшафт. Від економічного домінування до інформаційних війн і військових застосувань, ШІ визначає нові правила гри, надаючи державам, корпораціям і недержавним акторам безпрецедентні можливості для посилення впливу. У світі, де технології розвиваються швидше, ніж здатність їх регулювати, ШІ стає ареною суперництва, що визначає майбутній глобальний порядок. ШІ формує геополітику через військову, економічну, інформаційну сфери та нову форму — цифрову дипломатію, а також розглядає стратегії ключових гравців і виклики, пов’язані з його використанням.
