PDF

Abstract

In the modern world, states face the constant impact of internal and external threats that can harm their vital interests and national security. These threats affect various spheres of each state life, namely foreign policy, military-strategic, information, economic, environmental, etc. Neutralizing each threat requires timely detection, identification of sources and forecasting of development over time, determination of possible mutual connections with other threats and search for its parameters and relevant measures in order to effectively reduce or completely neutralize the threat.
