THE INFLUENCE OF LEADERSHIP STRATEGIES ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF PEDAGOGICAL TEAMS IN EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION
Abstract
In recent years, the system of preschool education has undergone significant transformations, driven by social, economic, and educational reforms aimed at improving the quality of early childhood development. These changes have led to the emergence of new requirements and expectations regarding leadership activity within preschool educational institutions.
