ДОСЛІДЖЕННЯ ВПЛИВУ СТРУКТУРНОГО СТАНУ ДОМІШКИ TI НА ВОДЕНЬСОРБЦІЙНИ ВЛАСТИВОСТИ МЕХАНІЧНОГО СПЛАВУ НА ОСНОВІ MG

Abstract

Механічні сплави (МС) Mg + 10 мол. % Ti та MgH2 були синтезовані методом реактивного механічного легування (РМС) під тиском газоподібного водню 8,5 МПа у флаконі високого тиску Evico-magnetics, оснащеному датчиками тиску газу та температури. Термічна стабільність та кінетика десорбції водню з нанорозмірної фази MgH2 отриманих МС були досліджені ізобаричним методом з допомогою термодесорбційної спектроскопії (TDC) при тиску водню 0,1 МПа в реакторі. Досліджено вплив структурного стану домішки титану на воденьсорбційні властивості МС. Встановлено, що легування Ti призводить до покращення кінетики десорбції водню з фази MgH2 МС. Внаслідок такого легування зниження термодинамічної стабільності MgH2 не встановлено. У синтезованого МС (Mg + 10 мол. % Ti) не спостерігалося потрійних гідритів Mg-Ti-H.
