CLINICAL, ORGANIZATIONAL, AND ECONOMIC IMPACT OF PREHOSPITAL ECG TELEMETRY ON ACUTE CORONARY SYNDROME MANAGEMENT: INSIGHTS FROM THE FERGHANA REGION
Abstract
The study assesses the clinical effectiveness of pre-hospital ECG telemetry in patients with acute coronary syndrome. A comparative analysis of 220 patients showed a significant reduction in total ischemic time and myocardial infarction incidence. Implementation of remote ECG interpretation reduced diagnostic delays and achieved an 88% relative risk reduction. The results support integration of telemetric systems into emergency medical services.
