ENHANCING THE SURFACE QUALITY AND SERVICE LIFE OF HIGH-PRECISION MACHINE COMPONENTS THROUGH TECHNOLOGICAL METHODS
Abstract
The article investigates the key challenges associated with the honing process of high-precision internal surfaces of machine components, a problem of both theoretical and practical significance. Particular attention is given to the enhancement of component quality through advanced technological methods. The study analyzes the characteristics of modern honing processes and examines the fundamental regularities governing the formation of surface quality in high-precision parts. Furthermore, the role of manufacturing processes and technological regularities in determining the final surface integrity parameters is comprehensively assessed. It is demonstrated that the optimization of machining processes plays a critical role in improving the reliability and durability of machines and mechanisms. The paper also emphasizes that the impact of production technology on product reliability is directly dependent on the reliability of the technological process itself. The referenced literature is based on recent and relevant scientific sources.
