ISSUES OF DIGITIZATION OF PRE-INVESTIGATION INSPECTION ACTIVITIES IN CUSTOMS AUTHORITIES

Abstract

The article analyzes the issues of digitization in the norms of our national legislation related to the institute of pre-investigation inspection. Also, proposals are put forward to eliminate some shortcomings observed in law enforcement practice.
