THE INFLUENCE OF LEADERSHIP STRATEGIES ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF PEDAGOGICAL TEAMS IN EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION

Abstract

This article analyzes the impact of leadership activity in preschool educational institutions on the development of the pedagogical team and the quality of education. The study explores how the leader’s management approach, communication culture, and interaction with the team influence teachers’ professional growth, motivation, and the overall effectiveness of the educational process. The author proposes a modern model of leadership activity, emphasizing a human-centered management approach as a key priority.
