ASSESSING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF DIFFERENTIATED HEALTH AND WELLNESS PROGRAMS IN THE PHYSICAL EDUCATION OF ADOLESCENTS
Abstract
An analysis of scientific research has revealed the need for special studies that consider the gender characteristics of adolescents, as the individual physiological features of boys and girls differ fundamentally. It is also necessary to account for the sharp differences in physical development indicators and psychosomatic characteristics in early adolescence (10-13 years), mid-adolescence (14-17 years), and late adolescence (18-19 years). These differences served as the basis for conducting a series of epidemiological studies.
