МОДИФІКОВАНИЙ ІНСТРУМЕНТ «КОЛЕСО БАЛАНСУ» ЯК ЗАСІБ ДІАГНОСТИКИ ТА ПЛАНУВАННЯ ОСОБИСТІСНОГО РОЗВИТКУ

Abstract

У статті досліджується модифікований інструмент «Колесо балансу» як інтегративний засіб діагностики та планування особистісного розвитку. Розкрито обмеження класичної моделі та обґрунтовано доцільність її адаптації шляхом використання метричної шкали у процентному вираженні та включення етапу вербалізації бажаного результату. Описано алгоритм застосування методу, який передбачає ідентифікацію ключових сфер життя, оцінку їх поточного стану та формування цільового образу. Проаналізовано психологічні механізми ефективності інструменту, зокрема процеси саморефлексії, цілепокладання, когнітивної конкретизації та саморегуляції. Показано, що запропонований підхід сприяє виявленню розриву між поточним і бажаним станом (gap analysis), підвищує усвідомленість та мотивацію до змін. Отримані результати дозволяють розглядати модифіковану модель як ефективний інструмент особистісного розвитку та практичного застосування у коучингу й психологічному консультуванні.
