МЕТОД «НОВИЙ СЦЕНАРІЙ» В РОБОТІ ІЗ СЦЕНАРІЄМ ЗАЛЕЖНОСТІ ЖІНКИ В СТОСУНКАХ

Abstract

У статті представлено метод «Новий сценарій» як інтегративний підхід до роботи зі сценарієм залежності жінки у міжособистісних стосунках. Розкрито психологічні та нейробіологічні механізми формування залежної поведінки, зокрема роль тривожного типу прив’язаності, ранніх травматичних досвідів, когнітивних схем та дисрегуляції емоційної сфери. Описано структуру методу, що включає когнітивні, соматичні, нейропсихологічні, екзистенційні та трансперсональні інтервенції. Представлено результати апробації методу у вибірці жінок віком 28–38 років, які перебувають у залежних стосунках. Показано позитивну динаміку психоемоційного стану, зниження рівня тривожності, формування внутрішньої опори, відновлення особистісних меж та підвищення рівня автономності. Отримані результати дозволяють розглядати метод «Новий сценарій» як ефективний інструмент психотерапії залежних стосунків та особистісної трансформації.
