EFFECTIVENESS OF IMMUNOSUPPRESSIVE THERAPY IN KIDNEY TRANSPLANT SURGERY AND POSTOPERATIVE COMPLICATIONS: MODERN SURGICAL AND CLINICAL PERSPECTIVES
Abstract
End-stage renal disease remains one of the leading causes of morbidity and mortality worldwide and continues to represent a major challenge for modern nephrology and transplant surgery. Progressive deterioration of renal function results in severe metabolic abnormalities, cardiovascular disorders, immune dysfunction, and a substantial reduction in quality of life.
