STRATEGIC PLANNING AND FORECASTING IN ENTERPRISE ACTIVITIES: AN INTEGRATED METHODOLOGY OF MODERN MANAGEMENT
Abstract
This paper examines scientifically substantiated systems of strategic planning, forecasting, and intra-firm planning mechanisms for corporate production and distribution activities. It analyzes the economic substance of entrepreneurial strategies and provides an economic characterization of strategic planning. Furthermore, it explores the role of these systems in supplying consumer goods, developing social frameworks, and structuring the organizational architecture of the enterprise.
