APPLICATION OF ADVANCED INTERACTIVE SORPTION DRESSINGS IN THE COMPREHENSIVE TREATMENT OF AGGRESSIVE MAXILLOFACIAL INFECTIONS
Abstract
The rapid progression of acute odontogenic inflammatory processes remains one of the most critical and complex challenges within contemporary oral and maxillofacial surgery. Despite the global integration of advanced antibacterial protocols and standardized surgical techniques, the overall clinical complexity and incidence of life-threatening complications, including descending mediastinitis, systemic sepsis, and cavernous sinus thrombosis, exhibit a persistent upward trend worldwide.
