MILITARY LEADERSHIP AND DECISION-MAKING IN COMPLEX OPERATIONAL ENVIRONMENTS: CHALLENGES AND STRATEGIC APPROACHES

Abstract

Modern military operations are conducted in an increasingly complex and dynamic security environment. Rapid technological development, the emergence of hybrid threats, multidomain operations, cyber warfare, and information confrontation have significantly transformed the nature of armed conflicts. Recent military conflicts have demonstrated that operational success depends not only on technological superiority and combat capabilities but also on the quality of military leadership and the effectiveness of decision-making processes.
