MORPHOFUNCTIONAL REMODELING OF THE RENAL JUXTAGLOMERULAR APPARATUS IN EXPERIMENTAL HYDRONEPHROSIS

PDF

Abstract

Hydronephrosis is a progressive pathological condition caused by impaired urinary outflow, leading to dilation of the pelvicalyceal system, increased intrapelvic pressure, ischemic injury of the renal parenchyma, and gradual loss of nephron function.
