DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR ENGINEERS BASED ON DETERMINISTIC COMPARISON, LLM ANALYSIS, AND EXPERT VERIFICATION
Abstract
In conventional product development (forward engineering), engineering requirements are gradually transformed into design, manufacturing, inspection, maintenance, and operating documents. These documents are revised many times during the product life cycle because design solutions, materials, manufacturing conditions, inspection procedures, and operating conditions change. Therefore, comparing document versions is not merely a formal text operation; it is part of engineering change management.
