ANALYSIS OF MODERN STRATEGIES FOR POSTOPERATIVE RECOVERY OF WOMEN AFTER CAESARY CUTTING

Abstract

Research objective: To analyze the effectiveness and safety of modern strategies for the postoperative recovery of women after cesarean section and to substantiate an optimized comprehensive approach to rehabilitation. Research materials and methods: Analysis of 285 patients who underwent cesarean section showed the following results when applying various approaches to recovery: Group 1 (Traditional approach, n=95): Average hospitalization duration was 5.8±1.2 days. The time for complete restoration of gastrointestinal tract function (the first independent bowel movement) occurred on the 4,2±0,9th day of the postoperative period. The severity of postoperative pain on the VASH scale was 7.1±1.3 points in the first 24 hours. Complications developed in 18 patients (18.9%): adhesive process (7 cases, 7.4%), deep vein thrombosis (3 cases, 3.2%), acute intestinal obstruction (2 cases, 2.1%), superficial surgical infection (4 cases, 4.2%), and respiratory complications (2 cases, 2.1%).
