Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to substantiate the clinical value of an artificial intelligence-assisted digital approach for planning and evaluating lipofilling -based reconstruction in patients with post-traumatic deformities of the midface. Materials and Methods:The study included 120 patients with post-traumatic midface deformities who underwent reconstructive treatment. According to the treatment strategy, the patients were divided into three groups of 40 patients each. Group I received traditional surgical trea tment, including repositioning and osteosynthesis. Group II underwent surgical reconstruction supplemented by lipofilling without digital planning. Group III received an improved personalized treatment protocol based on 3D photogrammetry, computer -aided vo lumetric calculation, individualized selection of lipofilling volume and objective assessment using multislice computed tomography, ultrasound, laser Doppler flowmetry, Cutometer analysis and validated scales such as VAS, FACE -Q and quality-of-life questionnaires.
