EFFICACY OF NEUROAID IN ADOLESCENTS WITH NEUROVASCULAR PATHOLOGY

Abstract

The aim of the study was to evaluate the efficacy of comprehensive treatment for adolescents with neurovascular pathology by assessing the dynamics of cognitive impairment using clinical, neurological, neuropsychological, and autonomic indicators as objective criteria for disease outcomes and prognosis. Materials and Methods. Based on the results of an inpatient examination of 111 adolescents, the following groups were formed: the main group (MG), consisting of 77 adolescents with clinically and instrumentally verified neurovascular pathology (69.4%); and the control group (C G), comprising 34 adolescents with similar complaints but without clinical and diagnostic signs of neurovascular pathology (30.6%). To evaluate the efficacy of various therapeutic approaches, a treatment stage of a prospective clinical study was conducted. This stage included the 77 patients from the main group with clinically and instrumentally verified neurovascular pathology, who were comparable in age, gender, disease duration, and nosological structure according to the ICD-10 classification.
