ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY OF INCREASING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF GEAR PROFILE GRINDING BY COPYING

PDF

Abstract

Any newly developed technical solution, including every technological operation, must be economically viable. Therefore, the issues of increasing efficiency in grinding resolved must ensure economic benefit, be innovative in nature, and possess competitiveness. Various aspects of improving the reliability, operational performance, and management efficiency of technical systems, including military equipment and mechanisms, have been extensively investigated, and significant scientific results have been achieved in this field. Contemporary studies identify the optimization of gear transmissions, the formation of machining accuracy, the strengthening of the surface layer, and the improvement of the technological characteristics of finishing operations as key directions for enhancing machining efficiency. Studies devoted to the mathematical modeling of machining accuracy in multi-tool processes, the control of dimensional accuracy on modern CNC machine tools, and the improvement of surface quality in grinding operations have established an important scientific basis for the optimization of machining processes.
