SCIENTIFIC-THEORETICAL FOUNDATIONS OF DEVELOPING STUDENTS' LEGAL CULTURE IN HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS
Abstract
A series of reforms are being implemented in Uzbekistan to elevate the legal consciousness and legal culture of youth. After all, the process of developing the consciousness and mindset of youth is considered one of the decisive issues determining the country's future. If the country's youth do not fully comprehend state policy and help elevate it with a unified goal, achieving positive results will be impossible. Therefore, the system of personnel training across all fields is currently being revised. By studying youth attitudes toward law, they come to understand their rights and become capable of protecting them. Introducing innovative methods and other modern directions is deemed essential to elevate legal culture. The earliest doctrines concerning legal views originated and developed in the form of mythology, tied to divine forces, in countries such as Turan, Egypt, Babylon, India, and China.Author Biography
