POLYMER COMPLEXES IN VETERINARY PHARMACOLOGY

PDF

Abstract

The results of studies on the synthesis of polymer complexes of antirotozoal substances used in veterinary practice and the creation on their basis of drugs with specific activity, low toxicity, mild and prolonged action are presented. It is shown that the achieved pharmacological properties are based on the use of polymeric materials in the developed dosage forms. It has been established that during the immobilization of low molecular weight compounds, the “polymer effect” appears on macromolecules.
