Abstract

The russia-Ukraine war which began 2014 and became the large-scale war after February 24, 2022 determines significant changes in priority forms of educational process, and distance learning (DL), in conditions of martial law, becomes one from the best possible option for providing quality educational services with minimal financial expenses for its organization. The Ministry of Defense (MD) of Ukraine and the Ministry of Education and Science (MES) of Ukraine in these conditions recommended by the Educational Institutions to use distance learning technologies for realization education proсess in the conditions of the of martial law.
